Terra goes bare chested all the time he appears on-screen.

Belial is shown to be abusive toward a Tripos. Once he threaten to send the creature back to the pit where it was found. Another time, the creature is threatened to be thrown into the eternal fire. Later, Belial is shown to throw items at the Tripos, who ends up getting a bowl of food thrown right on his face.

A huge water wave strikes down a rowing boat that carries the Queen. While not directly shown, we learn that the Queen has died.
