William Levy has earned a reputation as one of the leading intellectual and sexual subversives in Europe. The film is a portrait of him and his influence on the sexual mores of the Western world through the publication of the sex paper Suck and the production of The Wet Dreams Film Festival. It talks to those who worked with him, to his wife about their own sexual relationship, talks to their daughter about growing up around it. Bill grew up and went to university in Baltimore studying Literature and Rhetoric. He wrote for Playboy and became regarded as something of a sexologist. He is an ouspoken, contentious, pirate broadcaster in the persona of Dr Doowop. He is 67 and lives in Amsterdam with his wife.
