Libby, a clerk at a comic book store, becomes his sidekick, and it's time to go save Sarah. What chance do they have?

Early in the film, bullies are shown urinating on the head of a young boy.
A young boy prostitute (about 11) gets into a man's car and we hear the man undo his flies. They are stopped before anything happens.
A woman dances sexually and and touches her breasts and crotch while trying to convince a man to have sex with her. He says no so she forces herself on top of him, undoes his flies and begins thrusting. The man tries to fight her off and screams and shouts. She holds his hands above his head and after a while the man gives in and lets her rape him. After, he runs to the toilet and throws up. They are both clothed and so no nudity is seen.
A man while flipping through channels, sees an animated program which shows a cartoon woman with breasts visible having sex with tentacles (penetration is offscreen, This may have been rape, it's hard to tell). One of the tentacles has a shape on the end which looks like the head of a penis, this tentacle is onscreen for about half a second.
A man struggles with a woman on a bed (both are clothed). He may have wanted to rape her but we don't actually find out what he was doing as he stops after a few seconds.
A man, in a fantasy sequence, imagines himself being raped in prison by a fat man, with the man's bare chest visible and some brief thrusting. He is crying.
A young man is seen in a bondage type costume with most of his bare chest exposed. A close up shot is seen of his pierced nipples.

We see animated sequences of people being attacked by a masked avenger: a man is crushed under a many-toothed plate and we see blood and matter ooze out, a man blows fire at several people and their skin burns away leaving only the skeleton, we see two dismembered people with missing limbs and blood at the stumps, and a man punches numerous people in rapid succession and they fall to the ground and blood pools at their heads.
A man and a woman punch a man, the woman strikes him with a glass vase (we see his face badly cut and bloody), and raises a heavy statue over him but is stopped before striking him.
A man is shot in the groin by a blade-launching weapon (we see blood pouring from his pants). He falls on the floor and gets stabbed multiple times until he dies.

This movie has a lot of gore in it including a delusional man dressed as a superhero thinking that god encourages him to be bludgeoning criminals with pipe wrenches, beating them to death and blood and guts etc.. Violence is horribly graphic.
The ending is very emotional
The villain is stabbed in the genitals and gets stabbed repeatedly to death on the neck
Plenty of dark humor. Some sensitive people will find it more upsetting than funny. Such as a guy trying to molest a kid, drug dealers, bloody violence and a father spanking his son (All meant to be funny but somewhat dark).
The scene where the Crimson Bolt fights off the people in the ranch is very gory and disturbing, an intensity level of extreme is added.
One or two of the gore scenes may be found disturbing.
