I Came from Busan (2009)

In-hwa, an 18 year old girl, lives alone in Busan. No one knows that she is pregnant except her close friend Sang-mi, who encourages her to give the baby up for adoption. In-hwa reluctantly gives her baby. In time the nostalgia for her son increases and she visits the adoption center where she left him with the intention of recovering him.
