The English subtitles have a few expletives e.g. "shit", "O God" and one utterance of "bastard".

A man hits another man on face making his nose bleed,also the plot scenario leading to that scene is very gripping psychologically.

A woman vomits after a car trip. Not much. But can be disgusting for somepeople.

The whole movie is quit intense and stressful. Not recommended for minors and sensitive people.

The scenes of the young boy almost dying after drowning and of a man identifying a womans body at the morgue may be upsetting/distressing to some people.
