Los tres libros de Ella (2008)

ESTELA, an eleven year old girl, living in a forgotten little town in Mexico, confronts destiny through a couple of books that her mother and grand mother had written (SOLEDAD & AURORA). Both books are testimonials of the destiny of SOLEDAD and AURORA and a clear portrait of their lives in the town. Just as her mother and grand mother, ESTELA tries to get rid of the limitations of her environment to go find the opportunities that none of her previous generations could have had. Being this decision the first step in her quest for a new identity far away from her mother and grand mother's traditions.
