Passions of Sin (1997)

Jerry, who has been having an affair with his secretary, Monica, wants out of his marriage to wife Adrianna. But he and his business partner, Paul, doesn't want the soon-to-be "ex" to get her hands onto their company assets. So Paul puts a bug in Jerry's ear - get Matt, one of their employees to seduce the wife, then have a P.I. named Simms collect proof of the affair. All seems to be going according to plan ... until Jerry discovers he is actually feeling jealous and wants his wife back.
