The Most Beautiful Thing (2006)

Jonah, a promising track athlete abandons his hopes and dreams after a tragic accident leaves him paralyzed from the waist down. Unable to cope, Jonah turns to drugs and lives in isolation. A bizarre encounter with a call girl named Kira leaves him desperate for companionship. Hitting rock bottom, Jonah is forced into rehab by his family.
