The story centers on a woman travelling to Kenya seeking sex from the locals, who offer a form of prostitution via tales of woe. There's a great deal of not very explicit sex talk including brief mention of penis sizes, and a lot of lamentation of the difficulties older and larger women have finding men who desire them.
