Blacklight

Set in a mega-corporation filled future of 2034, a military government agency called 'Blacklight' calls in the Tango squad to track down Colonel Klein and his personal squad, all of whom went missing after going into the former Soviet state of 'Balik', which had their president killed by a high-tech rebel group only known as The Order, sending the country into a heart of darkness, and launching suspicions of their involvement in the Colonel and his personal team's disappearance, capture or killing.
