Veteran instructor and Yoga Zone founder Alan Finger leads this relaxing workout, the first title of the company's Intermediate series. The postures are duly challenging for non-beginners, but since they are all designed to lengthen muscles and ease tension, this workout functions best as a complement to power- or strength-building yoga.
