A woman makes some brief sexual comments before a sex scenes begins, the scene shows the woman sitting on the man and bobbing up and down but contains no nudity and before the couple even take their clothing off, it cuts away to after the sex.

Some close up photographs of little naked children are seen. However no nudity is seen in the ones we are shown. It's said that a pedophile took the images.

A man and his adult son are mugged by a thug, the man briefly fights the mugger before he is accidentally stabbed.

A man dreams that he sees a man putting pieces of supposedly human meat into a barrel of acid, the man then slits his throat.

A man in interrogated by being tied up upside-down in the shower, they force him to admit to a murder then wrap a plastic bag around his head. They hit his head twice with a hammer (onscreen) and then wrap up the body to hide.

A man tries to shove a dead body into a barrel but the legs wont fit in so he shoves them down and we hear the bones snap violently, we don't see the legs snap but the sound is nasty.

We see some bloody clothing.

A brief fight between two men.

A woman is shot in the head.

A mouse is killed in a mouse trap.

A man is shot in the head with a nail-gun, a pool of blood comes out and a man is later seen cleaning up the blood.

Occasional use of 'fuck'.

Some milder language is also used.

A man tells his nephew about a man he knows who he suspects has a meth lab and sells the meth to kids.

The man who we are told has a meth lab is seen carrying a box of lab equipment and a man comments "He may ass-well have 'drug dealer' tattooed on him".

No meth is seen in either of these scenes.

A man is briefly seen smoking.

This is not a scary film, however the whole film is very intense and realistic.
