The subject matter of this movie, is in regards to the procedure of the abortion of the human fetus.

The narrator of the video shows very graphic ultrasound images of an actual abortion, documenting how the unborn 12 week old fetus struggles away from the medical instruments of the doctor, and showing how its head is crushed in the process of the abortion.
