Time to Pay (1999)

An intimate family/crime drama with strong characters and complex story telling. A film of redemption, forgiveness and the price paid for the second chances. We follow ex-high school basketball star, Jackie Scanlon, recently released from prison, who returns home to past will let him. In the end he gets help from those he expected to help him in the past.
