A rich guy has his help put in a syringe in his arm for him, the help messes up, gets smacked in his face to the ground, and the rich guy keeps violently kicking his help while on the ground untill the bodyguard drags the help away.

A very graphical and realistic drowning takes place. The movie shows the process above and under water, you see the guy being drowned make a shudder at the end.
