Watch Out (2008)

The film revolves around a man's obsession with his own beauty. The lead actor is seen naked through the film, numerous times, for long periods of time. He narrates descriptions of his sex acts and his sexual obsession, frequently talking about his own genitals. In one scene he masturbates in a restroom using butter to lubricate himself while fingering himself anally, and then ejaculates into a sink - all of which is graphically shown and unsimulated.

The man speaks very negatively about the female body and women generally. This might negatively affect a young girl's self image.
