Breakdance in the GDR. The jolting, robot-like dance gestures, which conquered the Western countries in the eighties, also enjoyed popularity in the former GDR within a small following. HERE WE COME introduces members of former breakdance groups and shows how the deprecated US subculture became a commercialized and paid-for entertainment.
