Not Bewitched XXX (2008)

Samantha and Darren are about to celebrate Tabitha's first birthday when Aunt Clara uses a magic spell to turn Tabitha into an 18 year old. Unable to reverse the spell, the party proceeds with the entire family trying to keep Darren's boss and nosy neighbor Gladys from finding out who this 18 year old girl really is. A witch in her own right, Tabitha is coming of age and turns two of her plastic dolls into flesh and blood men to satisfy her sexual curiosity.
