Several characters are slashed and stabbed by creatures wielding sharp objects.

A creature is bashed into a gory corpse with a camera.

A man is seen getting impaled with screws and blades by more than 45 small creatures.

The main theme of the movie is that mutant creatures are haunting an old house and feed off of childrens teeth and it is implied via a painting that they have killed the homeowners son and possibly other children who have lived in the house.

A man attacks a woman to remove her teeth, and he grimaces to expose his bloody gums, having previously removed his own teeth. He forces a chisel into her mouth and brings down a hammer to remove her teeth, which is not shown. The man then offers the bloody teeth to the creatures who violently attack him instead.

There is a scene that takes place at a party where several characters are drinking alcohol (wine mostly)

The creatures are small - about the size of Gnomes - but their behavior is quite disturbing and will most likely upset young viewers.

The entire movie through and through is mostly jump scares, however the main theme of the mutants attacking children may upset many viewers.
