Many women walk around in revealing goth outfits during the entire movie. A supposed hooker flirts with a man but only to throw him off guard. A woman in skimpy lingerie straddles a man. She removes her panties and undoes his belt but no nudity is seen. It is implied she has sex with him. She later showers and her breasts & pubic hair are vaguely visible through the curtain. She goes to sleep wearing a tiny nightgown, but only her buttocks are shown. Later she puts on a see-through top and her nipples are visible. She teases and taunts a woman in a chair, eventually ripping her top off and exposing her breasts. Later she herself is tied to a chair and one of her breasts is exposed.

Many scenes of what would be brutal torture and death if not for the cheap special effects. Most of the violence & blood comes off as comical. Many knife killings. A woman has staples put into her breasts and a crow bar shoved in her vagina (not explicitly shown). All the victims are tortured and killed either for camera, or live spectators.
