Part of the film has heavy implications of child molestation and rape. It never goes into showing any of the acts but it shows brief scenes before a young boy and girl were assumed to be raped.

As one of the three missing young girls are found, we learn that she was tortured, raped, and strangled. It is assumed the other missing girls met the same fate.

Several references to prostitution.

It is implied a man and a woman have sex two separate times.

A young man is seen on his knees in front of another man while performing oral sex, nothing is shown. The young man eventually turns his head and spits out the man's semin.

A man briefly speaks in a monolog where he reveals how he was molested as a boy and had to watch it happen to other boys. He mentions some of the things the man made him do, but nothing explicit, mainly how the man forced his tongue in his mouth.

In a very brief scene, we see a young girl in a room full of men watching her. A man is seen sitting naked on a chair, where another man says how the man in the chair was 'the king for the day' and how the young girl needed to 'be nice' to him. tells the girl how the man in the chair was the king and had to be nice to him.

A young girl's dead body is shown with swan wings sewn to her back and '4 LUV' carved in her chest. She was laid out naked but an object covers any nudity.

There are two scenes where two separate men are wrongfully tortured to force them to admit to separate crimes they didn't commit. The prolonged scenes show a beating the men and putting out cigarettes on their hands.

While a man prepares to use a drill to kill someone, the man is shot. After falling, the man is shot an additional two times, one which involves blood.
