This is a "slasher" movie so there is plenty of violence and gore. Most notably:

A man is attacked by an alligator. A man is snared with a grappling hook and dragged through the woods. A similar thing happens to the woman he is with. A man is attacked from behind and killed with a sharp object. A man gets chopped to pieces while still alive. A woman is sliced in half by a huge blade. A man is shot in the chest with a shotgun. A man is shown with 3rd degree burns on his face and body. A man is repeatably stabbed.

Plenty. The usual for an R-rated film.

A woman smokes cigarettes.
