Due to the fact that the matches are all "EXTREME RULES" matches, it adds weapons to the violence of wrestling. No major blood. There is a "First Blood" Match, but just a liittle trickle of blood from the mouth. Also, during a 5-Man Match, an opponent is hit in the eye and begins bleeding profusely.

Nothing major. One superstar is nicknamed the Rated-R Superstar for "sex & violence", but that's it, there is none shown however.

A lot of the matches are intense! Especially the final match, a confrontation between Edge & Undertaker. That particular match is like a roller coaster as both have ups-and-downs.
