The Count of Monte Cristo (1997)

There are no sex and nudity, except from very mild romance.

Very mild cartoonish violence.

There are several fighting scenes, most of the times with swords.

Three villains discuss, by singing, about how to execute or get rid of the main character.

An elderly man dies.

There are several scenes in which some characters are led to believe a man has died.

There is no profanity, just a few brief uses of "fool" and "stupid".

Brief beer drinking.

The death of an elderly man may be little bit upsetting for some children. However, the scene is very short so it doesn't become too sad for a kid's cartoon.
