When he is no longer able to defecate, he finds a port-a-potty, sticks his head in, and gets high, but suffers from a brownout and loses consciousness. Because his head is still in the toilet, he asphyxiates and dies from lack of oxygen and excess of methane gas in his hemoglobin.

An orphaned Gothic teenage girl is tied to a pentagram by her abusive foster parents, who are Christian extremists and try to exorcise her with the help of two friends. The girl is shown traumatized, and as she sees the cultists attempt to hurt her, they heat up too much coal and incense, generating toxic gases that poison the cultists to death. The girl, who manages to survive, then unties herself to gather with her boyfriend at a mall.

A tattoo artist trying to outdo his coworker's split tongue gets an extreme body piercing known as "The Chainus", in which a chain goes into his mouth and out his rectum. While the other coworkers are disgusted, a previous costumer (an angry biker gang leader) chases the tattoo artist, but hides on a cargo only to get his piercing caught in a forklift. The cargo is lifted, causing the chain to tighten and slice the tattoo artist's internal organs, killing him from a fatal internal bleeding.

In one of the show's most popular deaths, a woman has two large breast implants put on her. A man in the Amazon hires a group of natives to search for gold and he abuses them like scapegoats while they are doing so. Two aspiring Yemeni terrorists construct a plutonium nuclear bomb, but one of them drops a tungsten carbide brick on the radioactive core (due to a burp after eating a camel burger), striking them both with a brutal high-speed barrage of radiation that destroys their immune systems and affects them with extreme nausea. They soon become bedridden, and they then die of bacterial pneumonia, acute radiation syndrome and asphyxiation after their lungs fill up with fluid.

A drug smuggler creates a tie-dyed T-shirt soaked in blotter acid so he can avoid detection at the airport. There, he gets nervous and begins sweating, causing him to absorb a massive overdose through his skin, resulting in terrifying hallucinations, his heart racing to 280 beats per minute, his circulatory system soaring to the stroke zone, his mind shutting down, and finally dying of a fatal heart attack, stroke, and massive hypothermia.

An incompetent soldier roams Chernobyl with two comrades, and one of them has sex with the female comrade, causing the soldier to turn to zoophilia and attempt to rape a raccoon. Unwilling to listen, the raider touches the statue only to be violently attacked by bats, one of which bites him in the neck and infects him with the SARS virus, which kills him several days later.

Two drunk men go for a drive in a station wagon, acting erratically before being chased by the police for DUI. After avoiding the police and while driving at 60 miles per hour, the driver gets carsick after drinking too much alcohol. He leans out the window to vomit, causing the car to swerve toward the edge of the street, and is decapitated when his head slams into a mailbox, much to his friend's horror.

A disgruntled, alcoholic clown who ironically had coulrophobia (fear of clowns) as a child, drives to a birthday party for his next job. When he stops short in front of the party, a canister of CO2 rolls up against his seat, inflating a giant balloon while he is still in the car. He is too drunk to sense the danger until it is too late, and suffocates to death when the balloon presses him against the windshield.

A man visits Thailand in order to receive a massage. During the session, however, he is unable to remain aroused and blames this on a buzzing sound within the walls. His masseuse removes an electrical outlet to check it out and flees in terror when an Asian giant hornet flies out and stings the man. The man kills the hornet, but the pheromones attract other hornets, which proceed to sting him to death.

A scam artist holds an outdoors seminar for people with low self-confidence, which includes a test in which the patients have to walk over a bed of hot coals. When a patient complains the coals are too hot, the scam artist tries to prove them wrong and walks over them himself. However, he trips and falls to the ground, engulfing him on flames with his polyester suit melting onto his skin, causing fatal burns all over his body and killing him within seconds.

A couple raids a house and enter the pool, which is under construction. The hitchhiker then assaults them with a gun, but the woman punches him and the hijacker falls backward into the truck's air brake hose which enters his rectum, pumping him up with compressed air and causing him to gruesomely explode, splattering tons of guts, limbs, intestines, and tons of blood everywhere.

A Middle Eastern dictator makes videos blaming the USA for his country's poverty. In private, however, he's obsessed with America, often dressing up as a cowboy in a private room filled with American memorabilia and a table with a model replica of Washington, D.C. When riding a new mechanical bull, he tells his subordinate to make it go fast, but loses control and the leader is thrown onto his Washington, D.C. model, where the Washington Monument statue impales him in the heart.

An overweight slacker dreams of becoming a professional bodybuilder, but is too lazy to work out and lose weight. He also can't afford to pay for a liposuction, so he requests the aid of a friend to perform a rather unorthodox method of liposuction on him by using a shop-vac. During the procedure, the friend accidentally latches onto the man's intestines and begins sucking them out. The friend manages to turn off the shop-vac, but it's too late and the man bleeds out.

A female scuba diver waits in a decompression chamber after making an emergency swim back to the surface. A maintenance worker, not knowing the diver is in the room, releases the pressure of the room, causing her body to instantly explode into a shower of gore as a result from the high pressure.

A black market owner sells illegal stuff, when the FBI goes after him in his bazaar. The man then hastily hides in his camp-trailer, where he hides illegal fireworks. An hour later, he lights a cigarette, but drops it on the fuse of one of the fireworks, setting off a huge, fiery, loud chain-reaction as fireworks, firecrackers, bottle rockets, sparklers, popper-snappers and more all shoot everywhere in all directions, causing a catastrophic, forceful blast wave of blazing fire that kills the hustler.

A greedy German deserter during World War I rummages through the bodies of dying or dead soldiers for valuables, even gold teeth. One night, he stops to rob a British soldier's dead body, inadvertently activating a jam tin grenade rigged on the corpse, which he was unaware of. Realizing that he picked up the booby trap, the man screams in horror, and is decapitated in the ensuing explosion.

A pervert harasses a group of mothers feeding their babies in the park, and drinks two of the baby bottles. The pressure caused by blowing the horn nonstop produces a brain aneurysm that eventually ruptures, which in turn produces hemorrhaging within the nuisance's skull and squashes his brain like a pumpkin, killing him.

A lab assistant learns the rejection from her married co-worker with whom had sex with her and regretted it. Suddenly, the doctor goes back to his life and his wife. The assistant then goes completely berserk, destroying her co-worker's latest experiments. She grabs a flask of sodium azide and smashes it into a sink full of water and chemicals. The sodium azide turns into hydrogen azide, which burns off her face and destroys her lungs, killing her.

A polygamist cult leader is set to wed his fourth wife. His latest wife gets nervous and runs off into the woods. The other cult members go after her, stepping into fatal traps set up around the compound to keep cult members from escaping alive. The leader himself later ends up dead from one of his traps-a spiked board that impales the victim when stepped on like a rake.

An arrogant and cowardly surfer has no problem in parking his convertible in handicapped parking spaces. When he is confronted by a handicapped Vietnam War veteran who lost his leg, the surfer refuses to confront the veteran face to face, opting instead to drive away. The surfboard pivots sideways due to quick acceleration of his car, hits the handicapped sign and severs his head from his spinal cord, killing him instantly.

A couple sleeps on their bed, when a burglar enters to rob the house. When the husband goes to check, his wife inadvertently calls him, and the burglar takes a baseball bat and hits the man in the head, knocking him unconscious and the wife tries to revive his husband by performing CPR. Soon, the man revives due to the Lazarus syndrome and faces the burglar, who's so terrified that he falls to his death, causing brain damage and internal bleeding.

A woman suffers from involuntary orgasms caused by a condiction called PGAD (Persistent genital arousal disorder) and is abused by her boyfriend because of this, who derives a sick pleasure in triggering her orgasms. A man cheats on his wife and goes with his mistress to a camping trip. There, the two have sex until the man suffers from a vasoconstriction that blinds him. As the mistress rushes out of the tent to get the man's mobile to call for help, he stumbles out of the tent in panic and blindly runs into a hungry grizzly bear which mauls him to death, much to the horror of the mistress.

An elderly former supermodel and beauty queen wants to regain her looks. For this, she invites her gay best friend, whose plastic surgeon lover injects her botox. She's pleased with the results and wants more, but she's unable to afford it. Instead, the woman decides to inject corn oil into her face (similar to the Hang Mioku incident), which bloats her face and causes cell death, and the excess oil starts bleeding out of her eyes and mouth, causing her death.

A Neo-Nazi calls his idiot friend to help him escape jail. He get himself arrested and arrives with a V40 mini hand-grenade deep up his anal canal. When he can't push it out, the Neo-Nazi tries to pull it out, only to pull out the pin. The grenade explodes into the man's rectum, expelling his bladder and all of his intestines, tearing his aorta, vena cavae and other major blood vessels apart, and shattering all pelvic bones while also shattering the Neo-Nazi's skull open, killing them both.

A German librarian who wants to live like a fish makes himself a fish suit out of waterbed material, and goes out to swim in the lake. However, the suit is so constricting that the man is unable to get to the water fast enough, and since he's unable to sweat, the man's body overheats and he dies from hyperthermia just a few inches in front of the lake.

Two men clean tree branches in the Sonoran Desert. While they throw the branches into a woodchipper, one branch gets stuck, and one of the men tries to shove it with his foot, only to get caught into the blades and he's sucked in, completely shredding his entire body into mincemeat in a bloody, gory mess as the other man watches in horror and is showered in his friend's blood.

A landlord uses a fiber optic high-tech flexible snake camera to spy on young female tennants. One day, while spying on a woman from below in her bathroom, the above floor collapses from water damage due to all the holes he drilled to maximize his peeping angles and the tub (with the bathing woman inside it) crushes his head, shattering his skull, splattering his brain across the floor and causing massive bleeding within his skull, killing him instantly.

An ephebophile working as the new janitor of an all-girl's preparatory school spies with binoculars and a camcorder on a group of teenage field hockey players as they practice. When one of the girls notices this, she tries to hit him with the field hockey ball. The janitor ducks out of the way and continues to film them, only to get the side of his skull graphically crushed in by a hammer thrower who threw her hammer too far, killing him instantly.

A circus clown harasses a horror-core hip-hop group called "Infernal Clown Posse" (played by real-life music duo "Insane Clown Posse") with hate mail and plans to sabotage one of their concerts. The clown rushes to the front row, but is knocked out briefly when one of the group members hits him in the head with a soda pop bottle. After getting up, the clown becomes enraged, runs backstage and goes to unplug their speakers, only to be electrocuted to death.

A crooked medieval witch hunter goes insane after eating grains infected with ergot. The superstitious townspeople use a method that the witch hunter used on an innocent village woman who was accused of witchcraft: pricking a mole on the accused's body (if it bled, the accused was innocent; if not, the accused was deemed a witch). The man's mole doesn't bleed and he's then stoned to death, killing him after a stone hits his head and cracks his skull.

An egotistical bully hogs a basketball game. He plays a match with a couple of the players and he does a slam dunk does a slam dunk after kicking one of the players in the groin and using him like a platform. For victory, he puts his head through the basket gloating all his glory until he lets go, where his necklace gets caught in the net and is hung to death.

A convicted robber is on the run and hides in a drainage pipe. The cops give up, saying that it is dangerous for them, and the robber continues to crawl until he gets stuck. Crying for help, the robber hears a sound so he lights his lighter only to find a swarm of rats, causing him to scream in terror. Needing a way past him, the rats eat through the robber's eye and right through his brain, killing him.

A pervert posing as a French artist named "Mr. Amnesia" tries to seduce a women. But the women rejects him and leaves. In a fit of rage, he punches something he found at a junkyard called a butterfly bomb and called it a "sculpture". A group of young Asian American teens form a club called the Samurai Death Squad, which do bizarre activities like two people jousting from separate cars dressed as samurai. Two men perform the joust when one of them impales his sword into other one's shoulder. With a useless shoulder, the man attempts revenge on his opponent, but he gets more than what he bargains for, as he impales his opponent in the eye, resulting in his death by massive hemorrhaging in the brain.

A dating couple make their way to Las Vegas to tie a knot, until they hear a man calling for help. They soon discover that a man got run over and cut in half by an 18-wheeler semi-truck, whose driver didn't see him, lying on the ground, while working on his Ford F-350 for a broken muffler. Because of this, he screams in pain and lies back against his truck. His upper body and legs are accidentally sent to two seperate hospitals, and the man dies from pain and exsanguination.

A gorgeous woman attempts to seduce a construction crew, while the foreman unsuccessfully tries to get his colleagues back to work. While the woman removes her tank top and asks the workers to put suntan lotion on her, the guy using the concrete saw is distracted, launching the blade onto her abdomen and slicing her completely in half, killing her and spilling out all of her organs onto the floor.

When a pedestrian sees him choking, more people, who came towards him, started clapping and laughing, thinking that was part of the act, and nobody is there to help him. The result is the mime's death due to lack of oxygen from choking on the piece of the pickle that he ate.

Two prisoners on a chain gang attempt to escape by jumping into the bed of a passing pickup truck. The truck driver plays ear-splitting country music and doesn't hear anything. Eventually, the chain of the prisoners' leg irons wrap around the truck's hitch and they get dragged along the ground (á la Kabal's "Road Rash" Fatality in MK 11), shredding their bodies and killing them from massive internal injuries, multiple bone fractures, exsanguination and severe head trauma.

A couple are in the midnight on a ride in a hay ride, and the male asks the female to marry him. However, they hear wolf howls, and an ax murderer soon lurks out with a fake ax and a radio. The man, who plots revenge on his ex-girlfriend who's on the hay ride, gets punched by his ex's lover, and the man falls and is run over and cut in half by the vehicle's tires, killing him and, when the dead man's identity is revealed, the other man hugs his girlfriend, who's crying in sorrow and grief.

Two brothers are fighting over a land dispute. When one pushes the other to the ground, the brother on the ground is infuriated and plans revenge by seeking out a witch doctor to poison his brother with tetrodotoxin. Two days later, the other brother is mistakenly pronounced dead and gets buried alive. Some time later, two tomb raiders dig out his coffin, only to be horrified after seeing his corpse, with his fingers having been worn down to the bone.

Two groups of friends from different places of the United States are heavily drunk and decide to have fun. The first group decides bungee jumping, only for the performer to hit the ground because the rope was too long, breaking his ribs and splashing blood everywhere, and the other group decides to practice their own extreme sport by surfing on a mattress while on a truck, but the surfer loses control and falls to the desert ground, hitting the surface and breaking most of his ribs.

A biker loves to perform a trick for his fellow bikers every time he visits the bar. He would swallow a pool ball, and then attempt to regurgitate the ball out of his mouth. Unfortunately this time, he swallows the cue ball, and it got stuck in his trachea. Because the cue ball is slightly larger then all the other pool balls, he is unable to get the ball out, and he chokes to death.

A man parties with a bunch of his junkie and drunk friends at an outdoor BBQ. After one friend dodges death by moving out of the way when fire shoots from the grill, the man celebrates by pulling out lawn darts and showing one of the female partygoers how to use them. He tosses the lawn dart up into the air, but gets distracted by the woman flashing her breasts and the lawn dart impales him through the top of his skull, killing him instantly.

A lawyer from Los Angeles, California attempts to impress a firm of lawyers by proving that the windows were made of unbreakable glass. In a conference room on the 40th floor, he gets a running start and throws himself into the window. The tempered glass would always bounce him back. But this time, the lawyer crashes through the window with his watch and falls 40 stories, dying from a shattered skull, his brain herniated onto the streets, and a broken spinal cord.

An obnoxious football fanatic paints himself in his team's colors (blue and white) and goes to a game in freezing weather. Sitting drunk and half-naked in the stands, he begins to develop hypothermia. However, no one can tell due to his blue paint and he loses the ability to speak, quickly freezing to death.

A newly released convict driving drunk with a hooker in the front seat shoves a can of pepper spray into his rectum to avoid detection by a police officer who pulls him over. When the officer shoves the convict against his truck for talking back to the officer, the can is activated, soaking the convict's inner colon with the spray and eating the flesh away.

A sex crazed doctor prepares to give a patient a brain x-ray. The doctor leaves and enters the control room, continuing to have sex with his bombshell nurse as the patient looks on through the window. The nurse's butt continuously hits the x-ray machine while they have sex, subjecting the patient to constant barrages of radiation for the next 20 minutes. When it does not work for him, the man hooks the cow heart up to a 110-volt wall socket and is electrocuted to death when he tries to have sex with it again.

A teenage boy obsessed with building robots and annoying his parents with them uses the microprocessor from his mother's Roomba to build a motion sensing robot with a sharp rotating edger blade. After dropping a screw and trying to pick it up, the robot awakens and charges at the boy, severing two of his fingers, then slashing his foot, and after he falls, it lacerates deeply into his abdomen, killing him from excessive loss of blood.

A female bakery owner fires her brother-in-law after learning of his incompetence through phone calls of disgruntled customers. In a fit of rage, he decorates the cakes with insults messages directed towards his sister-in-law. As he proceeds to leave, he trips on a tray that he had thrown onto the ground, and gets a tube of icing impaled in his heart. He dies when enough icing is pumped in to cause a heart attack that causes his heart to explode, much to his sister-in-law's horror.

A nature enthusiast chains himself to a tree in protest to it being cut down. To the man's bad luck, however, a hungry grizzly bear later shows up and, despite the man's attempt at repelling it, the bear starts to attack the man before it bites into the man's stomach and pulls out his intestines, eviscerating him before mauling the man to death, with his corpse shown being eaten by the grizzly bear afterwards.

A girl with a very high competitive streak holds various contests with her two male roommates. To prepare for a farting contest, she decides to cheat by squirting a can of whipped cream up her rectum to produce gas. However, the nitrous oxide gas from the can causes quick freezing and immediate necrosis of her intestinal tissue, resulting in swelling. Before she bleeds out, she farts out her blood and dies of hemorrhage.

An inventor designs torture devices. He's denounced as a heretic during the Inquisition. While on one of these chatrooms (posing as a younger man while another dirty old man poses as an eighteen-year-old blond model), the old man impatiently bounces on his computer chair while waiting for the Internet page to upload (he had a dial-up modem), when the chair snaps out from under him. A broken piece lodges into his rectum and causes fatal bleeding.

A porn addicted compulsive hoarder throws out everything in his wife's vanity to make room for his dirty movies, prompting his long-suffering wife of 35 years to leave him. Unfazed, the man continues to feed his addiction, but forgets to eat and drink. Disoriented, he begins to stagger his way out of the house, but because he has been hoarding so much X-rated (NC-17-rated) material over the years, he gets trapped, collapses on the floor from severe dehydration, and dies.

Two Chinese heavy metal music lovers spend their nights doing air guitar and listening to loud music while jumping back and forth on their beds. On this particular occasion, one of the men slips off the bed next to the window and falls six stories to his death. His friend follows suit, giving one last yell and jumping out after him, and dies when he hits the ground.

A fitness camp instructor partial to attractive women tries to intimidate an overweight client and make her quit (since he can't legally tell her to leave, or he'll get sued for discrimination). When she finally leaves in frustration, he mockingly eats some of the junk food she leaves behind but begins to choke. He tries to bounce on a yoga ball to perform a Heimlich maneuver, but then falls on a lawn sprinkler and impales himself through the mouth and breaks his neck.

A perverted stoner working as a mall Santa gets fired after the manager finds out that he had sexually harassed two female co-workers working as his elves. When the manager storms out, the stoner tries to get his attention by banging on the door. When he looks up, he's impaled through the eye by a falling icicle that pierces his brain, causing fatal bleeding and his subsequent death, much to the horror of the co-workers.

A man suffering from fatal familial insomnia takes a night drive and accidentally hits and kills a pedestrian since he can't focus well due to his very bad fatigue. This guilty conscience only makes his insomnia worse. Continuing to drive and finally getting home, he cleans the blood on his car and drives to a sleep clinic. Unable to be cured and frightened from hallucinating his victim's face, he lies awake for months and eventually dies of a massive stroke and a heart attack.

An animal poaching married couple attempt to find rare animals to sell on the wildlife black market. They spot a turtle, and the husband tries to capture it. However, a bald eagle flies down and snatches it before he's able to grab it. The bald eagle drops the turtle from a high altitude, but it lands on his head instead, breaking through his skull and killing him, leaving his now-widowed wife horrified and screaming in horror over her husband's death. Meanwhile, the turtle lands safely.

A geophagic executive reaches the point where she has to eat her neighbor's soil to manage her anxiety, unknowingly consuming a mixture of compost and her neighbor's own feces. She ends up contracting a virulent strain of E. coli and she contracts severe diarrhea and nausea. After three days, the E. coli bacteria spreads throughout her body, and dies from a H.U.S. (Hemolytic-uremic syndrome) due to E. coli poisoning and a ruptured colon caused by the bacteria.

The misandristic, sociopathic leader of a fringe far-left radical feminist party and hate group notorious for its sexually violent crimes against men returns from a seminar, and finds a vibrator from her lesbian lover, unaware that it's a 1000-kilovolt taser. After inserting it into herself and activating it, the taser electrocutes her to death, destroying her reign of terror and sending her to Hell.

A newly married man buys a 1952 Royal Spartenette trailer home for he and his wife. He cleans every inch of his new home, but has trouble unclogging the home's toilet. He attempts to unclog the toilet with bleach since other attempts to unclog it are unsuccessful. The bleach reacts with the sewage to form chlorine gas, which suffocates him.

A master chef at a Benihana-style Japanese grill restaurant owns a set of precious knives. One night, the busboy of the restaurant steals the knives to role-play as the chef. When he throws one of them high in the air, he manages to catch it, but it severs a support rope holding up a giant Buddha head decoration. The decoration slams into the busboy and causes him to face plant into the hot grill, which scorches his face and kills him.

A common street thief who regularly mugs passersby goes after a diving equipment vendor as he's loading his merchandise into his car. The vendor uses a knife to stab the street thief and the knife gets lodged in the thief's side. As the thief tries to pull it out, he presses a button that releases a burst of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, which causes the thief's abdomen to explode and his intestines fall out in graphic detail, and he collapses and dies from excessive exsanguination.

A -esque mercenary has been hired to take down a -esque TV actor who has been in the news for his erratic, misogynistic behavior, and his cocaine abuse. When the mercenary has the actor cornered in his mansion, the actor races to the kitchen to snort cocaine and get his machete. At the duel, the actor trips and impales himself in the heart with his weapon, severing his pulmonary artery and killing him from excessive blood loss.

A pair of terrorists who have killed American soldiers with rifles and homemade bombs hide out in an abandoned building. Meanwhile in Nevada, an American pilot (and former video game master) uses a predator drone to flush out the terrorists. The drone finds its way into the abandoned building and fires a missile at its target. The missile explodes, blowing up the two terrorists, and leaving nothing left but a severed hand.

Three men hired to clean a local dump waste time by rolling in a tire down a hill with a wooden ramp. The first man passes the ramp, but when the second man rolls down, the ramp collapses and exposes two nine-inch framing nails from the ramp, which puncture through the tire and sever his spinal cord, causing neurogenic shock. While one man goes for help, the other one screams and cries while cradling the victim's dead body.

A man who wants to impress women with a "large package" uses surgical tubing to tie a 12-inch kielbasa sausage to his upper thigh. However, he ties the sausage so tight that it cuts off his circulation. The blood in his clogged artery forms into a clot over the next several hours, eventually killing him at a night club.

A sculptor chiseling away at his latest project is dumped by his wife. Lonely, the sculptor decides to chisel a vaginal opening at the base of the statue and have sex with it. He eats one with blue frosting and shares it with his German Shepherd guard dog, not knowing it's laced with PCP. After the warden goes on a drug-fueled frenzy, a guard rolls in a flash grenade to distract him, but it rolls in too close to his face and explodes, blowing the warden's skull open and frying his face.

A man addicted to survival nature shows sets out to film himself making a spring salad from allegedly safe plants, only to become violently ill after eating them. The actual ingredients of the salad were oleander, an extremely poisonous herb that causes palpitations and other deadly problems, foxglove, a gastrointestinal irritant that causes vomiting and diarrhea, and one of nature's most poisonous plants: hemlock, creating a trifecta of symptoms that kills him shortly afterwards.

Two drug haulers who have stolen over $8 million worth of drugs from their drug lord attempt to hide from him in a nearby bush as he drives by. Unaware that the bush is actually "Euphorbia Tirucalli" (a.k.a. "Firestick"), they become blind and inflamed from the acidic sap the bush secretes. The two men are forced out as a result, and without cover, the boss's body guard shoots them both dead.

An angry woman goes to a spa run by two Thai women. After enduring her constant complaints, the masseuse and spa owner decide to give her a free bikini wax. One of the waxing strips catches fire and ignites her pubic hair when it is brought too close. The spa workers put out the fire, but the smoke sets off the sprinkler system and drenches everybody in the room. The woman dies from anaphylactic shock caused by aquagenic urticaria before she can run out.

Famous escape artist and magician Harry Houdini claims himself invincible, so a fan asks him to deliver him blows to the torso. When Houdini accepts, the fan sends several blows to the abdomen. However, he collapses onstage two days later, and dies in hospital a week later from septic shock from a burst appendix caused by the blows.

A female emetophiliac tries to get a boyfriend, but is dumped once they discover her fetish. She goes to a hot-dog-eating-competition, hoping to have sex with the winner. She ambushes him backstage and jams a finger down his throat, causing him to vomit on her face. However, she inadvertently inhales a piece of undigested hot dog, causing her to choke to death and collapse in a puddle of her beloved vomit.

A driver with extreme road rage is infuriated when there's not a single place to park. When the spot she wanted was taken by another driver, her temper rises. The two get in a cat fight, and they wrestle off, but before she can pounce on her dodging rival, the driver gets impaled in the stomach by another car's three-pronged hood ornament, causing heavy bleeding, sending her into hypoglycemic shock and causing instantaneous unconsciousness, killing her.

A serial drunk driver, who was just released from prison for vehicular manslaughter, crashes his car and is mistakenly pronounced dead at the scene. When authorities find out he is an organ donor, they bring him to the hospital to remove his organs while he is still alive. The doctors never find out he is not dead yet and take out his heart, finally causing his death.

A bisexual real estate agent notorious for having sex with her clients seduces a wealthy, lesbian prospective customer. After a tour of the house, pool, and eventually the laundry room, they strip and have sex on top of the dryer. Their movements cause its fuel line to come loose and the room fills with natural gas. A thief who has stolen a bag of groceries from a blind pregnant woman hides in a car wash to escape police. The car wash owner runs the daily maintenance check, and the thief becomes disoriented by the chaos inside the car wash. During his struggle of getting out, his head gets impaled into a 1,000 PSI spray nozzle, which fills his skull with water, and the water pressure inside his skull eventually causes his head to explode into a spray of gore, like a champagne bottle cork.

A man cheats in a cockfighting competition by putting a razor blades on his rooster's feet. His rooster kills his opponent's rooster almost right away, and his opponent notices the razor blades. He lets the crowd know about it, and they become an angry mob. As they are about to attack/kill the cheater, his own rooster's razors slice his throat open, severing his jugular vein and killing him from blood loss.

Two dwarf professional wrestlers battle for a crowd and get paid a lot of money. They celebrate by getting drunk and having sex. The drunk dwarves destroy everything in their hotel room in an effort to impress the women, and they finish off by running head-on into a wall, trying to break it. One breaks through, but the other hits the part of the wall supported by a 2x4 stud, and the veins inside his head burst, causing his death due to brain swelling and bleeding.

A one-time hockey prospect playing in a city league gets into a fight with an opponent during a game, where the battle becomes a gladiator duel-like scenario before the aggressor pushes his opponent into the ice. As he falls, the player's ice skate slashes across his aggressor's throat, severing his carotid artery and killing him from excessive blood loss.

A male nurse who has sex with and robs old women of their money and valuables targets an old lady who has bad breath. After feeling sick, he runs into the bathroom and ingests several denture whitening tablets, thinking they were mints. After washing them down with water that had more denture cleaner in it, the chemicals demolish his insides and remove the oxygen in his blood. He then dies on the bathroom floor.

A girl and her friends have a bachelorette party and hire a male stripper who dresses up like a birthday party clown and performs X-rated (NC-17-rated) tricks. During his final act, he swallows on a balloon. When he gets the balloon deep enough, he pops it with his stomach acid, blocking his air passage and choking him to death.

He puts a lethal dose of Polonium-210, a radioactive substance 250,000 times more toxic than cyanide, into the spy's coffee. Within 21 days (3 weeks), he dies of multiple organ failure and acute radiation poisoning.

Whiskey distiller Jack Daniel samples the taste of his family brew and keeps asking his workers to perfect it. He gets drunk in the process, but finally makes the perfect batch. He decides to update his family recipe, which is stored in a safe, but is so drunk that he cannot remember the combination. In a drunken rage, he kicks the safe, and damages his big toe. The cut soon becomes infected, and he dies of sepsis two weeks later.

An Orthodox Jew who is obsessed with a hula dancer decides to stalk her, but his attempts to woo her by leaving poi kreplach on her doorstep, serenading her on a ukulele, and taking up surfing are all in vain. After one last attempt to romance her fails, he drowns his sorrows in mai-tais. In an inebriated state, he takes part in a torch ceremony, where he catches on fire and burns to death.

A -like hipster with a habit of crashing and stealing from yard sales finds a ring in a box and puts it on, not realizing that it's a ring-sized gun. When the homeowner tries to take the ring back (which belonged to his grandfather), a scuffle breaks out and the weapon fires, shooting the hipster in the eye and straight into the brain, killing him instantly.

A lazy man gets scolded by his wife for not trimming the hedges for two weeks, and after she leaves, the man tries to get the attention of his attractive neighbor by tying a rope to his chainsaw and swinging it over his head, like a cowboy's lasso. However, the wire wraps around his neck, strangling him unconscious before falling neck-first onto his chainsaw, cutting open his neck and killing him from massive blood loss and shock.

A recovering alcoholic brings his alcoholic wife to his sobriety party. There, she gets wasted, devours several homemade pizzas, pours liquor into the punch bowl, and guzzles the mixture. The woman dies from poisoning, as the ink cap mushrooms she ate contain a mycotoxin called Coprine, which metabolizes into 1-aminocyclopropanol, an enzyme that prevents the alcohol in her systems from metabolizing, causing her to die from a heart attack, due to a fatal case of Coprinus syndrome.

A couple are on their first date after meeting over the Internet. The male is a complete germaphobe, spraying everything with disinfectant and even using a neti pot to cleanse his sinuses before meeting the woman. However, by using tap water in the pot instead of distilled, he contracts a Naegleria fowleri infection that attacks his brain and kills him.

After a Nigerian scam artist attempts to scam a man using the "wash-wash" scheme, his intended victim catches on and runs up to the scammer's hotel room. The scam artist is standing behind the door when the victim forces it open, driving its coathook into the scammer's eye and piercing his frontal lobe.

After capturing and killing a diamond smuggler, a ruthless warlord celebrates by snorting "brown-brown" (cocaine laced with nitroglycerine-laced gunpowder). The tray holding the mixture is contaminated with diamond dust, however, and when the warlord snorts the mixture, the thousands of microscopic razor-sharp diamond particles tear through his arteries, rip out his lungs and slice off his heart, causing him to die of massive bleeding.

A city mayor's sexy campaign manager drugs his drink in a plot to frame him for sleeping with her. The next day, she drags the mayor out to meet a mob of photographers she has tipped off about the alleged sex scandal. However, the woman has Autosomal Dominant Compelling Helioopthalmic Outburst Syndrome (also known as ACHOO Syndrome or sneeze syndrome), and the camera flashes trigger a sneezing fit that leads to her death from burst blood vessels.

A woman suffers from SUNDS, which stands for Sudden Unexpected Nocturnal Death Syndrome (aka Nightmare Syndrome), and dies in her sleep from an extreme heart attack brought on by a horrific nightmare about a demonic dwarf strangling her that she could not wake up from.

The vibrations of the bike arouse the woman to the point of orgasm and for a moment she forgets she is on the motorcycle. She briefly lets go and ends up tumbling onto the road, breaking many bones and dying of internal organ damage.

A necrophiliac working in a morgue has sex with a corpse, but forgets to secure the casket it is in before driving it to a funeral home. When a car comes out in front of him, the man makes a sudden stop, which flings the casket forward and hits the driver in the back of the head, severing his brainstem.

An acrotomophiliac has sex with a woman who lost her arm in a car accident and has a glass eye. The woman puts her eye in a glass with water before continuing. When they are done, she runs to his shower and the man takes a drink from the glass with the eye, and chokes to death when he accidentally swallows her glass eye.

One of them foolishly spits a half-lit cigar under a couch, which starts burning the flammable synthetic stuffing, releasing hydrogen cyanide into the room. Because they cannot open the door with their taped hands, they suffocate on the fumes.

A treacherous American spy working for the Nazis has a short meeting in a park. After that meeting, an American tries to return his notebook that he left behind. The spy thinks the American returning his notebook is out to get him and takes his own life by swallowing cyanide pills, poisoning him.

A Ukrainian immigrant seeking to join the Russian Mafia is asked by two mobsters to beat down several guys for not paying their debts. After doing so, the mobsters burn the man's fingertips with sulfuric acid. To celebrate, the bartender pours drinks for the mobsters. However, he picks up the acid instead of the vodka bottle due to the two bottles and liquid looking exactly alike. None of them notice until it's late, and the acid destroys their insides, killing them from internal damage.

A woman about to go out for a party, hoping to end with a date, wears a metal-lined bra to improve the shape of her bust. A sudden thunderstorm allows her to show herself off, getting the attention of everyone at the party, until a bolt of lightning hits the woman's metal bra, killing her from a fatal electrocution.

A nature-loving hippie enjoys the outdoors, even loving listening to music about nature in her car. She seems to have a happy life until one day, she accidentally runs over a raccoon. Devastated, she tries to revive the animal by performing CPR on it. While looking up to inhale, she's suddenly decapitated by a bumper of a speeding truck.

A perverted scam artist posing as a state health inspector targets a sleazy motel. Using his own ejaculated semen from a furious masturbation session, the scam artist manages to extort some money as well as blackmail the motel owner into staying the night at the hotel for free by revealing the semen stains with an ultraviolet light. And after she continues eating her own hair, she dies from choking to death, intestinal rupturing, and internal bleeding. At the morgue, the coroners discovers a bezoar in her stomach which caused her demise.

A man with the eating disorder pica manages to fill his stomach with metal objects, which eventually cut the surrounding veins and arteries, filling his stomach with blood. His stomach soon bursts and spills blood into his abdomen.

A supermodel who uses bulimia to keep herself thin orders everything on the room service hotel menu and stuffs her face with food. When she goes to the bathroom to throw up, her stomach bursts from eating too much food and spills out all the partly digested food on her bowels, killing her from peritonitis, kidney failure, sepsis, shock and cardiac arrest.

A metal shop worker with serious anger issues is fired after his co-workers and boss grow tired of the man's outbursts. When he returns to work to get revenge on his boss, the latter shoves the former in self-defense into a vat of hydrochloric acid, which eats away at the former employee's flesh and organs.

A group of American students take a tour of Australia (and a vacation) with their school friends. One of them is an immature, attention-starved young woman whose bad behavior stems from being ostracized earlier in life. After angering the rest of the students with a false shark scare, she goes for a swim, accidentally swallows an Irukandji jellyfish, stinging her trachea and swelling it shut, killing her.

A blogger who has sex with rock stars tries and fails at seducing a young rocker. Desperate for new material for her blog, she uses a vacuum cleaner on her neck to simulate a hickey, but the suction causes a blood clot in her carotid artery, which ends up traveling to her brain and giving her a stroke when she stands, killing her instantly.

A Las Vegas showgirl shaves her legs with a rusty razor blade. When she accidentally cuts herself, she contracts a Group A streptococcal infection, which develops into necrotizing fasciitis ("flesh-eating" bacteria). The bacteria in her blood stream breaks through a pimple on her face and starts eating away at her face. She eventually dies from sepsis.

A thief hides in a dumpster, which is then emptied into a garage truck. When more garbage is emptied on top of him, the thief is trapped and the load of garbage is compacted, crushing him.

Prior to a concert, the lead singer of a popular Japanese rock band decides to emerge out of a prop coffin filled with the steam from dry ice for a theatrical entrance. However, the lead guitarist (who is feuding with the singer) decides to steal the spotlight by performing an excessively long, 3-minute guitar solo on top of the coffin, trapping the singer inside the coffin and away from fresh air, killing him from lack of oxygen.

An inmate on death row receives a deck of playing cards from a friend to use in building a pipe bomb as part of an escape plan. He breaks a metal leg from his bed, packs it with the torn-up cards and some water, and sets it on his cell's heater. After waiting for it to explode, he picks it up only to have it detonate in his hands due to the sudden mixing of the water and the cards' flammable nitrocellulose coating, and the prisoner dies from shrapnel injuries to his face.

Two college roommates (a jock and a geek) share a dorm room, with the latter continually being made to leave whenever the former brings a date to the dorm. One night, the geek finally brings a date to the room, and has sex with her on top of the bunk beds while the jock harasses the two of them from below. The movements of the couple cause the top bunk to fall on the jock and fatally crush him.

An arrogant, overweight, doughnut-eating ballroom dancer uses a corset to make himself look thin, but laces it too tight. While arguing with his dance partner, the corset compresses his chest and fractures one of his ribs so that it punctures his heart, causing internal bleeding and cardiac arrest.

Annoyed by his neighbor's barking dog, an elderly man watching reruns of takes it down with a pellet from a slingshot. However, while putting the slingshot back in the attic, a screw falls out of the ladder he is using, and he slips, falling backward and smacking his head against the hardwood floor, killing him from skull fracture, severe internal bleeding and brain damage, leading to subsequent cardiac arrest and respiratory failure.

A woman with a large amount of pubic hair decides to get rid of it by clipping, shaving, and waxing it off herself after her boyfriend refuses to have sex with her. She accidentally removes some skin in the process, allowing an infection of necrotizing fasciitis to set in and kill her two weeks later from blood poisoning and organ failure. This death is similar to "Face Offed".

An Italian man who made the mistake of borrowing money from the Mafia without being able to pay them back is forced to dig his own grave as two mobsters, ignoring his pleas, have a picnic nearby. While digging, the man unearths a World War II fragmentation grenade, which he throws at the mobsters' picnic area, not knowing what it is. The grenade explodes in the mobsters' faces, killing them instantly, but the man is spared and escapes.

Two delinquents are sentenced to a work release program on a farm after they get caught for grand theft auto. One of the delinquents picks up a captive bolt pistol, thinking it is a pump to a milking machine. The farmer's daughter warns him not to play with it, but he points it at her saying that he wants milk. Still thinking that it's a pump, the delinquent uses the captive bolt pistol on his own chest, piercing his heart.

A very bitter gymnast who lost her chances at being an Olympic star and her beleaguered partner are both practicing in the gym for a show. After belittling her colleague on her trampoline skills, the gymnast attempts to dismount off the trampoline herself. Unfortunately for her, she accidentally lands on top of one of the supports for the parallel bars between her rectum and vaginal opening and fatally vertically impales herself to death, leaving her friend horrified.

A man, who spent New Year's Eve at a party, snorting cocaine, donning women's clothes, and seducing two women into having sex with him, wakes up the next day, half-naked, smeared in make-up, and strapped to his water bed. As he screams, he kicks his stiletto-heeled feet, puncturing his water bed, which then leaks. The man keeps struggling until all the water from the leaking mattress engulfs him and he drowns.

A corrupt Chinese crematorium worker steals the gold teeth from the body of a man who supposedly died after being struck by lightning. In reality, the dead man was killed when a weather rocket launched in order to bring rain to drought-damaged land failed to detonate, fell back to Earth, and struck him in the chest. Once the cremation furnace is started, the rocket's explosive charge ignites and blows the hatch off with enough force to decapitate and kill the worker.

A couple return to their hotel room after stealing luggage from an airport. The man finds what appears to be a bottle of expensive rum in one of the cases (which belonged to a drug smuggler) and takes a drink, unaware it is actually liquid cocaine (a mixture of cocaine and kerosene). After drinking the concoction, the man suffers spikes in adrenaline and blood pressure before dying of a heart attack.

A taxidermist, who regularly eats the meat of the animals he kills, dines on squirrel meat (served rare) not realizing that the animal was infected with rabies. He contracts the virus, which invades his brain and causes him to die a slow, painful death from organ failure over the course of several days.

Two tennis players who idolize 1970s stars John McEnroe and Bjorn Borg hire their own personal referee. When the ref awards the game point, the loser snaps his racket in half and climbs on the referee chair in a fit of rage with the intent of killing the ref using the broken end, only for the ref to jump out. This results in the chair tipping over, causing the player to fall and impale himself in the colon with his own racket.

After a long day of hunting, a caveman comes home and tries to get his unappreciative mate to have sex with him. She declines and leaves him, and he angrily throws stones on the ground, igniting a fire. When he tries to cook some meat, the small cave quickly fills with smoke and he dies of carbon monoxide poisoning.

A Scottish man in a ferret legging contest attempts to break the world record for the longest time a ferret has been in his pants. However, one of the ferrets finds its way into the man's rectum and feasts on his hemorrhoids, causing him extreme pain before dying of exsanguination.

Two con artists posing as preachers go around the country handing out Bibles and fornicating with their female customers. One day, they end up at a farm, where they attempt to fornicate with the farmer's granddaughter. Hearing the commotion, the farmer's wife chases the men with a shotgun, where they hide in a grain silo. When one of them uses a lighter to see where they are, they both end up killing themselves by causing a dust explosion.

At a sushi chef school, only 2 out of 25 students have graduated. As a custom, the head sushi chef shares shots of sake with his students to celebrate their graduation. After he passes out drunk, the students decide to put a Japanese eel down his pants as payback for the chef's abusive punishments (one of which was threatening to shove an eel up their rectums). The eel slithers through his rectum and eats its way out causing him to bleed to death.

A lacrosse player and bully hurls lacrosse balls at other students to impress some girls. One ball bounces off the wall, and when he is distracted by the most attractive girl at the school walking by, it hits him in the chest at an extreme speed, shattering his ribcage and triggering commotio cordis, causing him to die of arrhythmia.

An animal hoarding divorcee with multiple cats becomes obsessed with mating them so she can collect and drink the milk of her pregnant cats, not realizing that they have been eating white snakeroot plants outside her house. The milk picks up the plants' toxins, causing fever, nausea, and cramping, and causes the woman to die of organ failure.

A Japanese Yakuza boss punishes a drunk karaoke singer by severing his fingertip and swallowing it, only to have it lodge in his throat. One of his underlings performs the Heimlich maneuver to save him, but his incorrect technique causes the boss to suffer an aortic dissection caused by a ruptured aortic valve, leading to his death from massive internal hemorrhaging.

A wannabe actor joins a Hispanic gang to get into character for an upcoming low-budget gang film. He then gets beat up to see if he can take it. After surviving his final initiation and being accepted, he is struck by a cadaver thrown off an overpass by a rival gang, causing a skull fracture and fatal brain hemorrhaging.

A wannabe hip-hop queen and aspiring songwriter gets butt implants to get the attention of a male rapper who prefers women with big butts (and has dedicated a hit song to those women). However, the surgeon she hired was a fraud, and her butt implants were made of common bathroom caulk instead of medical-grade silicone. The syringe that was used accidentally hit an artery and sent the caulk into her circulatory system where it clogged her heart and led to cardiac arrest.

An African-American boxer ends his training routine, so he cross-dresses as a woman to relieve himself from the workout-induced stress. When outside, a sex offender tries to rape the boxer and calls him a lady, causing the boxer to go berserk and proceed to deliver a sucker punch to the rapist's face, causing his brain to compress and bleed out inside his skull, killing him due to blood loss and severe brain damage.

The narrator channel-surfs through a nature show and a home-shopping channel until he stops on a Japanese game show challenge featuring a conniving female contestant donning scuba gear and swimming through hoops while collecting cantaloupe. She dies of breathing in truck exhaust that wasn't filtered out of her oxygen tank and drowns. The narrator then says that a story like that would make a great entry for the show, and takes a sleep.

While racing up the outside of a building with his friends, an arrogant parkour-obsessed teen pushes one of them out of the way in order to win. On the roof, he rolls to recover from his last jump, and bloodily impales his neck on an exposed pipe, severing his spinal cord and paralyzing the muscles that control breathing, causing his death.

A vain stripper suffering from back problems from her polypropylene breast implants takes oxycodone and alcohol to relieve her pain. She then climbs into a reclining rack and flips herself upside-down to further relax her back. The stripper suffocates from her breasts falling on her face and being too intoxicated to react or right herself in time.

A hitman feigns insanity and is sent to a mental hospital after his trial for murder. He then attempts to escape from his fifth-floor ward by climbing down a laundry chute, but the weight of the laundry dumped onto him from higher floors causes him to lose his grip. He falls 50 feet and lands on a concrete floor, suffering multiple injuries and dying instantly.

Two drunk duck hunters throw a lit stick of dynamite into a clump of bushes to flush out some ducks. Their dog, a yellow Labrador Retriever (who is telling the story), instinctively fetches the stick and brings it back, then runs off after an off-screen squirrel. The dynamite then explodes, killing both hunters.

A mobster on parole is on a work release program, but slacks off and orders his co-workers to do his work. When his parole officer visits him, the mobster tricks her into thinking that he's doing his job and moves a dumpster. However, he gets distracted and forgets to lock the dumpster's wheels, and it rolls down the hill and pins him against another dumpster with its blades, slicing open his stomach and spilling his intestines, causing him to bleed to death.

Suspecting his wife of adultery, an argumentative husband hires a hitman to follow her and, if he finds her with a man, kill them both. Meanwhile, the husband goes to a motel and hypocritically commits adultery, hiring various prostitutes to have sex with them before inadvertently hiring his wife. As they begin arguing again, the hitman (who followed the husband's orders to the letter) comes in and shoots the wife and the husband, killing them both before departing.

A former CIA agent, now working in industrial espionage, breaks into an office to steal information. When a security guard catches him, he locks himself in a closet and dives through a hatch in the wall, falling down a garbage chute and into an incinerator. The unit switches on and quickly incinerates the man, leaving nothing but his skeleton.

Two cocaine smuggler brothers get caught and put in the back of a transport vehicle. While the cop searches their car, one of the smugglers has the other pull a hidden water balloon filled with cocaine out of his rectum to hide the evidence, the cop told them that he would search their bodies. After popping it, they then proceed to ingest all the loose cocaine, but this causes them both to die of heart attacks.

A nerdy man with an extreme hatred for bugs covers a wall of his home with homemade flypaper coated with super-glue. When swatting a mosquito, he falls onto the wall and gets stuck. After a few days, the man soils himself from loss of bladder and bowel control, dies from dehydration and starvation in another couple of days, and is turned into a buffet for all the bugs he collected for torture, which eat nonstop until the man's corpse is nothing but a rotting skeleton.

A crooked stockbroker about to be searched by federal agents for running a Ponzi scheme nervously shreds all his papers, then falls dead from a horrific stomachache. Turns out, prior to his frantic shredding, he squeezed his Bucky Ball toy and slammed it on his desk. The neodymium magnets from the toy landed in his boba tea, and he drank it, causing the magnets to tear through his small intestine and attract to each other, producing fatal internal bleeding.

An envious, bitter man humiliates his ex-girlfriend (who is marrying an older, richer man) at her wedding by objecting to the marriage and stripping naked, exposing his gigantic penis. As he's being chased by the congregation, the man runs into a glass window (mistaking it for an open door) and dies from glass shards cutting through his exposed flesh.

Two unrelated thieves attempt to loot a meat truck. The first gets in the back to loot the meat, but is locked in by the driver. The second hijacks the truck, unaware that his comrade is in the back. When the hijacker is tipped off to the cops, he makes a getaway on the truck, swerving constantly. While swerving, the thief in the back is rattled around until he gets brutally impaled in the throat by a meat hook, much to the horror of the hijacker and a police officer.

A high school physical education teacher demonstrates the javelin and makes an impressive throw. Running to retrieve the javelin, he turns around and yells to the class, only to impale himself through the eye on the javelin when he turns back around, driving it into his brain.

A rich, spoiled man and his sister tour in the Serengeti, and get frustrated over how boring the safari is. They soon abandon their tour guide in search of some excitement, and predictably get very tired and dehydrated before passing out under a tree. Hours later, the man's sister wakes up to find that a colony of siafu ants (she survives because of the perfume she had on) has eaten her brother alive from the inside out, horrifying her and sending her running and screaming in the wild.

An Amish boy sent to the city as part of Rumspringa is coaxed into a Halloween party by guests who think the Amish boy's look is a costume. The boy is coaxed into a few drinks and becomes the life of the party, until he collapses and dies, unaware that he was born without an enzyme that aids in breaking down alcohol.

When an ill-mannered, sociopathic and highly incompetent office worker gets fired, he vows revenge on his boss, saying that she'll regret firing him. He then goes postal, waiting for her atop an oak tree to shoot her dead with a single-shot bolt-action rifle, but he's unaware that he's allergic to oak tree pollen. After missing the shot, the man's body goes into paralysis from his allergy and drops out of the tree, dying of a skull fracture.

A Soviet chess master challenges a chess robot to a match, using a board fitted with electromagnets and metal pieces that respond to the robot's moves. The man sweats profusely under the stress of the game, and when he touches one piece, he is electrocuted due to the board not being properly grounded.

A chop shop owner had just cheated two men out to give them $50 dollars for a truck with an engine that could get up to 600$. He attempts to blowtorch the engine from the truck, but the mediocre chain holding it up, made in China, snaps, and the 800 pound steel engine comes down from 3 feet high and crushes his ribs, puncturing his heart and lungs and causing his eyeballs to pop out and fly out of his eye sockets, causing the man to die immediately from exsanguination.

A germophobe woman with obsessive-compulsive disorder falls off a ladder while cleaning and lands on a mirror, breaking it. One shard enters her armpit, tearing open her axillary artery but also plugging the hole; when she later pulls the shard out, the hole reopens and she quickly bleeds to death, with blood pooling everywhere.

A terrorist attempting to escape from prison abstains from eating for weeks until he is thin enough to slip through the bars of his cell door. After escaping, he gorges at a feast, and dies from refeeding syndrome.

A gluttonous man arrives at a Chinese restaurant for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. After already eating at other restaurants (and nearly choking to death at the current restaurant), he suffers a heart attack from the MSG that accumulated in his system from nothing but a steady diet of Chinese buffet food.

Two stoners create a clay bong that uses flavored disks to make the marijuana smoke taste like different foods. They contact a friend with a homemade kiln. After some time, they check on the progress of the bong. After seeing that the kiln has gone out, the stoners drop a lighter into it. The lit match ignites the propane gas inside, causing an explosion which turns the clay into deadly shrapnel, killing them both.

An ex-record producer from the 1950s (modeled after Phil Spector) harasses his former band, who have been hired as the house band at the nursing home where he now resides. While threatening them with a revolver, he suffers a fit of palsy in his hand and accidentally shoots his own oxygen tank, which explodes and kills him.

Two female motocross riders are bitter rivals on their local circuit. One rider sabotages the other's motorcycle chain, causing it to snap during the next race. The broken chain flies through the air and tears into the saboteur's throat, and she quickly bleeds to death.

A German scientist extremely interested in reanimation is only able to bring animal parts back to life, using chemicals and electric current. When he experiments on a rattlesnake carcass, a spasm in its muscles causes the fangs to drive into his neck, injecting him with a lethal dose of venom.

A spy committing corporate espionage climbs down a hotel's air duct to install a listening device outside the room which an important meeting is to take place there. His assistant nephew accidentally turns on the duct's fan, which catches the spy's rope and winds it up, to the point where it touches the spy's legs and it chops them up into pieces, causing him to die from excessive blood loss.

A sous-chef works hard to gain the trust of her domineering chef in an attempt to steal his PDA, which contains his recipes. When the chef leaves for the night, the sous-chef steals the PDA from his pocket. Hearing a noise, the sous-chef drops the PDA and squeezes herself inside the restaurant's dishwasher. The chef returns, gets his PDA, and leaves again. Soon afterward, another employee turns the machine on, spraying the sous-chef with hot water that scalds her to death.

A sign spinner has been showing off his skills to impress a beautiful barista at a nearby coffeehouse. When a rival spinner shows up across the street, the two start trying to outdo each other and win the barista's attention. After the first spinner nearly gets hit by a passing car, he accidentally slashes his jugular vein with the edge of his sign (now jagged from repeated hits against the pavement) and quickly bleeds to death, much to the barista's horror.

A Viking kills and decapitates his rival, and he swings the severed head in victory. However, the teeth of the head accidentally strike his thigh, causing an infection that kills him of blood poisoning ten days later, where he soon goes to the Valhalla after having accepted his fate.

A punctual, friendly and thorough metal worker has narcolepsy. Off and on, he sleeps anywhere--the bathroom, his home couch, even at his work place. One day, the worker falls asleep in a curing oven. Not knowing that the man is in the oven, a friend and co-worker of his turns on the oven at 600 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 hours, baking the man alive. After 12 hours have passed, the co-worker opens the oven and is horrified to see his friend burnt to a crisp.

A rich socialite throws a St. Patrick's Day party and plans to show off the $3000 antique green dress she shoplifted, which contains Paris Green dye, which is poisonous. During the raucous party, everyone gets drunk and hurls champagne all over the socialite and her dress. In the morning, while everyone wakes up with severe hangovers, she wakes up to find that she's been dyed green, then vomits green slime and dies of organ failure from the dye seeping into her skin.

A misanthropic nihilist lives off the grid in a home powered by car batteries, plotting to destroy a federal court house with Molotov cocktails. When his girlfriend opposes his diabolical plan, he evicts her, and begins writing his chronicle on his mimeograph. When he powers it up, a spark from the poorly grounded spark plugs cause the car batteries to explode, burning the man with sulfuric acid from the batteries and breaking multiple bones in the blast.

A lazy, overweight scammer who has been confined to a wheelchair from his ankles breaking pretends to be a crippled Gulf War veteran for money. After coming home to his slovenly house from his latest con, the man begins itching violently and discovers several maggots feasting on his infected bedsores. As the man freaks out, he collapses and dies-not from the maggots eating him alive, but from massive heart failure caused by years of poor dieting and no exercise.

A drug addict who smoked PCP-laced cigarettes wreaks havoc at a local grocery store, where he plays bowling with the paper towels, knocks over several displays, and declares himself "The Meat Man" while wandering through the deli section. When his mischief attracts the store security guard, he is chased through the store, slips, and slides into a stack of beer kegs, which fall on him and crush his skull, killing him.

A chemical plant owner lies to safety inspectors about his waste disposal practices. When one of them notices a pipe leaking hazardous sodium hydroxide solution, also known as lye, he tries to stop the leak by closing a valve. Instead, the chemical spews all over him, destroying his skin and body tissues while also horribly disfiguring his face, killing him.

A phony miracle healer and minister removes the ground from a three-pronged electrical plug to a microphone amp in hopes of getting rid of an annoying hum emitting from the machine. During the service, he steps into a baptismal pool while holding the microphone and is electrocuted, sending him straight to hell.

A very incompetent paramedic had been fired in three other cities around Missouri, but somehow got rehired in a fourth, being joined by his new female coworker. It's then made clear that the paramedic keeps getting fired because he always gets high on the company's supply. This time, when he gets high on nitrous oxide, he dreams that he's having sex with his co-worker and starts playing with the defibrillator, which electrocutes him to death.

An uber-bitchy, mean-spirited office manager gets inside an elevator with her employees. However the elevator gets stuck, and the manager gets claustrophobic and desperately wants to be out of the elevator. In attempt to get out, the other employees pry open the doors to let her out. As she is climbing out fate steps away, the elevator's hydraulic brakes fail and the elevator proceeds to descend, crushing her abdomen and bisecting her.

A rugby team throws a beach party after losing another game. One of the players gets drunk and goes on a rampage, harassing everyone around. After finding out the beer is cold, he warms it up by throwing a keg of beer into a bonfire. The team parts the bonfire but the drunk player, and shortly after they leave, the drunk man stands and waits. The keg eventually explodes like a grenade and the metal scraps from the keg cut through the man's body, killing him.

A couple goes hiking on a cliff, but their relationship goes from bad to worse. The male plans to kill his wife and make it seem accidental, so they go to take a picture and he tries to push her, but she tosses him off instead, causing him to fall off the mountainside, breaking his back, crushing his spine, shattering his skull, snapping his neck, breaking his arms and legs, destroying his internal organs, and causing irreversible brain damage, unfathomable agony, and total annihilation.

A woman goes to an acupuncturist to cure her addiction to texting. While lying on her back during the treatment, the woman's cell phone begins to receive multiple texts. Later, she sprawls across a medicine ball, causing all her blood to rush to her head until she dies of a brain hemorrhage.

A couple decide to pop a couple of painkillers and drink champagne in a hot tub. They are too intoxicated to notice their tub's thermostat was broken, however, and it keeps slowly gaining temperature and the couple eventually dies of their third degree burns.

He drinks heavily to pass the time and dull the frustration of his girlfriend giving more attention to her cat than him, getting ever more embittered and intoxicated. He then tries to kick the cat, but the rug he is standing on slides and he hits his head on a fireplace base. He then rolls over and lands face-first in the cat's water dish and drowns from breathing in the water.

In the Golden Triangle area of Southeast Asia, a drug lord with a penchant for remorselessly decapitating trespassers with a machete receives a call that a few trespassers are stealing from his poppy fields. He then mounts his ATV and chases after them. When the two wannabe drug smugglers hide, the man tries to track them down, forgetting about a barbed wire that he set up as a security measure. As a result, he's decapitated by his own trap when his head hits it at high speed.

An accident-prone home shopping network salesman survives falling off a ladder and getting a piece of a katana lodged in his chest (which miraculously caused no fatal damage). After returning to work from the hospital from the katana incident, he advertises a flannel one-piece pajama. Still wearing the pajamas, he then advertises some aromatherapy candles. When the sleeve touches the lit candles he is engulfed in flames, and dies from severe burns all over his body.

A man working at a mafia-owned South Philadelphia meat packing company is deliberately locked in a walk-in freezer out of revenge for stealing cuts of meat and getting his employer's 17-year-old granddaughter pregnant, and dies of massive hypothermia.

In the 2nd century, a man is executed by getting wrapped in freshly killed animal skins before being tied to a tree, and the man is ultimately left alone to be eaten alive by a flock of vultures.

A son of a black market booze dealer enters a steam room in a bathhouse with a gun hidden under a towel in order to kill the person who killed his father. Two men inside the room seem to recognize the gunman, so one man asks his name. After the gunman reveals his name, he pulls out the gun, but slips on the seat and inadvertently fires a bullet into a steam pipe before falling in front of the leaking steam pipe, which sends superheated steam on his face and scalds him to death.

A wanted drug dealer hides out in the wilderness. Wanting to get drunk but having no booze (and not willing to get caught by authorities by setting foot in a bar or liquor store), he siphons the gasoline from his motorcycle, thinking he can drink it because it contains ethanol. However, he is unable to keep it down, and when he vomits it back up into his campfire, he is engulfed in flames and dies within seconds.

When the frozen turkey is dropped in the pot of hot oil, the reaction creates steam under the turkey, which expands rapidly and propels it out of the pot and into the teenager's face like a cannonball, smashing his skull and jamming his nose cartilage into his brain, killing him instantly.

When the guard awakens, the thief tranquilizes him, and he falls in front of the gate. The pitbull awakens and mauls the trapped thief, biting his throat, crushing his trachea, and lacerating his carotid artery and jugular vein, causing the thief to drown in his own blood before dying of exsanguination, with the pitbull licking and eating the thief's corpse afterwards.

An arrogant bodybuilder orders his beleaguered girlfriend to inflate a pool raft. After she gets fed up and quits, he inflates the raft with flammable tire sealant and throws it in the pool. Once he climbs on he lowers his arm and the cigarette makes contact with the raft and explodes due to the ashes popping it and igniting the sealant. The man is thrown from the explosion into the air and come back down smashing through the water, cracking his skull and causing brain bleeding.

A corrupt cop is sent to supervise teens doing community service and washing away graffiti. The bored cop decides to get high off of their paint thinner, and emerges from his car going berserk, pointing his gun at the teens. When he drops it and goes to pick it up, the gun goes off, accidentally shooting himself in the head and blasting his brains out, killing him instantly.

A teenager and his friend drink and smoke heavily on his porch, and his friend repeatedly asks him for cigarettes, not paying up for his own. Eventually, the other boy gets fed up, loads some cigarettes into a shotgun shell, and fires them at his friend's face as a practical joke. However, the plan backfires, and the cigarettes get graphically lodged in his friend's face and brain, killing him instantly.

An extremely shrewish and drunk woman torments her long-suffering husband by harshly criticizing his lawn mowing. Having enough of it, the woman decides to finish the job herself to show him how he should do it, but runs over the cord of his ARC Welder and she's electrocuted to death. In the aftermath, the husband is delighted that he's now free, gloating at his now-deceased wife and being totally amused that "There is a God".

A bratty high school cheerleader captain gets jealous when a new girl joins the cheerleader squad, becomes the new flyer, and dates the quarterback who was previously dating the captain. On homecoming night, as the girls are about to do the heel stretch formation with the new girl on top, the captain lets her go, and she falls. Before she can gloat, she steps in front of the banner and gets trampled by the football team as they run through it, killing her from excessive blood loss.

A lazy construction worker uses a rope elevator designed for bringing tools to the upper floors of a building. On his way up, the rope snaps and he plummets to his death, where when he hits the ground, he suffers multiple fractures and dies of hemorrhaging.

A miserable girl forced into going to a religious retreat by her parents slips some crushed ecstasy into everyone's food. When the drugs take effect and everyone trips balls, one camper smashes a guitar near the campfire, blowing soot into the girl's face. She grabs a nearby Thermos and gulps its contents, not knowing that it is filled with leftover boiling water from the campfire. Because she is high on ecstasy, she fails to spit the water out, scorching her epiglottis and killing her.

A philly cheesesteak stand owner is rivaled by another cheesesteak owner. The two attempt to steal customers at a street art fair by lowering prices, and a food fight begins taking place. When the fight gets out of control, one of the owner tries to use a Molotov cocktail against the rival stand, but sets himself on fire instead, and runs into what he thinks is a tunnel, not knowing it was a wall decorated in 3D chalk art, and he slams into it and dies of multiple skull fractures.

A man plans to sabotage the wedding of his ex-girlfriend (who is getting married to another man) by paying a waiter to slip a laxative into her drink. The waiter has a pang of conscience, however, and slips the laxative into the man's drink instead, which he downs. Rushing to the bathroom, he finds the only stall occupied by a couple having sex. The man defecates in a trash can outside, but has trouble getting out and rolls down a rough hill to his death, causing multiple bone fractures.

Attempting to siphon gas from a car, two men use an industrial vacuum to speed up the process. A spark from the vacuum's electric fan ignites the gas and sets off an explosion that instantly kills them both.

A man who suffered mental and sexual abuse from his sadistic uncle in a cow costume develops a fetish for drinking milk straight from a cow's udders. On this particular occasion, he is kicked in the head when he accidentally bites the cow's teat, and dies when his brain bleeds out inside his skull.

A devout Buddhist woman practices yoga and meditation, hoping to achieve what the Buddhists refer to as "Satori". To relax her mind, she prepares to enter in a homemade sensory deprivation tank full of warm water. As she is changing into something more comfortable for the tank, a Florida water moccasin crawls inside the tank for warmth. She fails to notice the snake due to her blissed out state, and the snake bites her near her own cheek, killing her from a lethal dose of venom.

A disgruntled, "has-been" golf star and her husband spend their days getting drunk, fighting, and insulting each other at public golf courses. In the middle of a heated argument, the couple loses focus and crashes their golf cart. The cart then rolls down a hill, crushing both of them and killing them both.

A retired dot-com company millionaire and current narcissistic owner of a theater assigns himself as the lead role in a play he's producing. While doing a flying scene the holster holding him up is unable to hold his weight, causing it to break. The frayed edge of the cable then unwinds and races through the system of pulleys at over 700 miles per hour like a whip, passing through the air and slashing the man's jugular vein open, causing him to bleed to death.

Two street gangsters take a third member to a back alley doctor to treat a bullet wound to the chest. After the gang leader knocks the doctor unconscious after losing patience with him, the gangsters then decide to do the operation themselves, but mistakenly insert the tracheal tube down the injured member's esophagus, rather than the trachea, and end up pumping the member's stomach with air, causing it to explode and killing the member.

A Russian pimp is preparing to leave with one of his prostitutes. She gets in the car, but locks herself inside when the car is pelted with cement bricks from a failed cloud seeding operation. As the pimp struggles to get in the car, he is hit in the head by a chunk of cement, which strikes him right through his own head, cracking his skull and causing a severe head trauma that kills him.

A con artist specializing in filing frivolous lawsuits deliberately breaks his leg while trying to get hit by a blonde on her cell phone driving an SUV. She pulls over to help and finds him resting against the rear bumper of a car parked in front of her. When she accidentally knocks her SUV into neutral after getting back in to grab her cell phone, the car rolls forward and pins the man in between the two bumpers, crushing his heart, ribs and lungs and causing his death from blood loss.

A drunk, obese man bets his buddies that he can get into a baby swing at a playground. After he strips naked and lubes himself up, he squeezes into the swing, but gets stuck and his buddies leave him in the swing for the night. The man tries to scream for help, but no one comes to his aid. Due to how extremely tight the baby swing is around his waist, the man dies from sepsis due to a ruptured appendix.

A brash woman cuts in line during an talent search for the next big pop music star. A freak windstorm blows her umbrella out of her hands and sends it crashing down, wedging into her spinal cord and causing her death from neurogenic shock.

When a lazy man's wife announces that she is divorcing him, he repeatedly injures himself to make it look like he was abused by her. Paramedics arrive and put him on a gurney as police confront his wife, but it rolls down a hill until it hits a rock. The man is launched off the gurney and lands on top of a curved road sign, impaling himself through the stomach to death with blood going everywhere and pouring down the sign.

A illegal immigrant-hunting vigilante is driving along the border, chewing tobacco. His truck suddenly hits a rock, causing him to bite his tongue while chewing tobacco, which triggers a bout of erectile glossitis and causes the man to choke on his swelling tongue.

A drug dealer does business at a rave, but gets bored when business slows down. He then decides to take a few hits of ecstasy. In his high, he injects himself with fluid from a glow stick and dies of phenol poisoning.

In one German exclusive death, a man likes to cut trees with an axe. He gets annoyed by a big bird who gets in his way. Despite the man's efforts to shoo the bird away, the bird flies and then defecates on his face. The man later dies in a hospital.

In one German exclusive death, a college student gets drunk with his friends and throws chairs off a rooftop. When the police showed up and got ready to catch him, the college student puts on his jacket and runs through a hallway. In a drunken state, he looks at his reflection in a mirror. Thinking that his reflection is an enemy, he runs into the mirror and collapses. He lays dead on the floor after a piece of mirror sliced a vein in his neck.

In a German exclusive death, a man spray paints a wall. When his paint sprayer stopped working, he shook the paint sprayer until it started working again. Unfortunately, paint sprayed onto his leg. His leg rapidly swells up. He falls to the ground and dies.

More specifically, the entire show is about a huge plethora of deaths that either have happened or could occur. Many of the deaths are incredibly gruesome and extremely graphic, usually showing copious amounts of blood and organs, and while there are a few that don't have any gore, every single death in the show is utterly depicted in extremely gruesome and extensive detail. It may be a darkly comedic docufiction show, but is highly realistic and could disgust a lot of people.

Mild profanities such as "damn", "hell", and "ass" are sometimes used.

Many of the deaths depicted on the series are related in some way to alcohol use, drug use, or smoking, all of which are depicted somewhat frequently.

The deaths may be intense for some viewers, but their mostly over-the-top and exaggerated nature, as well as the fact that most of the victims are extremely unlikable villainous characters who die as comeuppance for their actions, makes them less frightening.

The entire show is extraordinarily brutal, and mostly shows darkly comedic but painful and horrifyingly gruesome deaths.
