Although the film is very bloody, the film relies on suspense mostly. Lots of tense scenes with unbearable build ups to gory moments.

The movie deals with people getting sick and physically "being sick". People who are afraid or can't handle that maybe frightened/grossed out by it.

Some chase scenes; lots of screaming and people in distress. Children suddenly turning psycho and killing their parents.
