The movie opens with a naked Bronson shadow boxing in a cell, full frontal nudity is visible if you look closely enough. We see Bronson naked in a similar context for altogether maybe 2 or 3 scenes. The cell is dark so you have to look very closely to see any real nudity.

A man is squatting down in a robe and is holding his hand behind him. He defecates in his hand supposedly (not shown) and smears his feces on one side of his face that is not visible. We do not see him defecate, it's more odd and creepy than anything. No nudity.

There are a few quite graphic bloody images.
