There's a scene in which Jeff is asked to reflect on his past relationships; some were "physical" encounters. Kelly is a hermaphrodite, and at one point she tries to clarify her intentions on meeting with Tiffany. She suggests that she does not want any sexual relations with her, but rather to be meaningful friends instead. There are countless interviews which take place in Jeff and Kelly's homes: meanwhile, taped to the walls, are hundreds of pictures of Tiffany dressed or posed suggestively. It is mentioned that Tiffany once did a playboy shoot.

There is mention of another Tiffany stalker who went on to murder an actress.

After Tiffany cannot attend the concert, she walks down a street in a fit; repeating the f-word over and over (but almost to a whisper, as she is speaking to herself).

It is mentioned that in the past Kelly had issues sustaining from alcohol. Near the end, Kelly has difficulties attending a nearby Tiffany concert and ends that night with a quick run to a drug store with some Marlbolos and heavy liquor.

Some viewers may find Jeff and Kelly's behaviors disturbing; in one scene Jeff describes his ventures into radiography and government controversy. Kelly's haywire appearance might frighten younger viewers a bit. In one scene, Kelly shows her true irrationality as she describes that no one has the right to deny her, her happiness with regards to Tiffany (although she fails to realize that friendship often works two ways). Overall, the documentary is just extremely saddening. Both characters had suffered traumatic incidences in the past; but took a way way wrong perspective on those experiences in deciding to dedicate their entire lives to being with Tiffany.
