Nearly the entire movie contains: Exploding people and mutants, extreme maiming, body parts and corpses floating around, shootings wuth bullets that cause massive parts of bodies to disappear, a body count easily in the hundreds.

All of the profanity is bleeped out except for the use of "damns", "hells" and 1 use of "sh*t" before a sequence depict a building getting blown up into pieces.

The whole plot revolves around controlling a government sponsored supply of drugs. Most characters in the movie use the drugs on screen.
