Through the Valley (2008)

A story of Jaime Flores a young man trying to make a difference in the world by helping kids stay away from the path he chose. But his brother and the life they grew up around draws him back into the perils of the inner city. He is framed for murder and the local DA doesn't care about guilt only conviction rate.
