West Side Stories - Ein ostdeutscher Fotograf sieht den Westen (1998)

A road movie through the old federal German states. The East Berlin photographer Günter Bersch 'puts the West to the test' with his camera. On his journey he encounters people and places from the Ruhr region to Bavaria, and captures them in striking black and white photos.
