While there is female nudity throughout the movie and there are some scenes which take place in a strip club, virtually all nudity is non-sexual that occurs as the main female character is on the run from her hunter.

The majority of the nudity comes when a young woman is completely naked running through brush, trees, She spends about 15 minutes completely naked and another 15 minutes with a very loose covering that covers her nakedness while she's stationary but easily moves out of the way when she's running.

A woman is raped with a miniature morning star. Several prostitutes are tortured in graphic manners. A woman is shot in her naked groin with a crossbow, then finished off with a bullet to the head. A man has his head smashed by a rock. Three people are shot offscreen. A young teenager is shown with a bullet hole in his forehead. A man is stabbed in the leg, and has his ear bitten off. Blood is shown. A man is repeatedly run over by a car.

Characters are shown smoking and drinking in a strip club. A man prepares an injection to be given to a woman, though the actual injection is not shown.

A woman is hunted in the desert by a man with a crossbow and rifle. A rattlesnake shakes its rattle to warn a naked woman of its impending strike against her, but is shot with an arrow with only seconds to spare.
