A Shudder on the Skin (2005)

A renowned doctor, George, is in traveling abroad for a professional conference when he meets an alluring taxi driver by the name of Arianna. Over the next several days Arianna takes him on a whirlwind journey of sex and temptation that leaves George confused, bewildered, and frustrated. Their relationship culminates on the final day of George's trip, with George realizing that he had being played by Arianna the entire time.
