Blood Chronicle (2006)

Based on a true story and shot on location in the exact apartment in Italy where this horrific crime took place. A beautiful young woman moves into an apartment with a young couple. As she is in the bathroom, two male intruders who robbed a bank down the street break in, torture and murder her roommates. She manipulates the minds of both these killers from the bathroom and able to finally kill them.
