Bugs and bug-human hybrids are stabbed, crushed, blown up and shot with white fluid splattering everywhere.

A man jumps out of a moving vehicle and breaks his leg, bone and blood are visible.

A man is run over by a truck.

A bug drops a man who bounces off the corner of tall building and falls to the ground.

People are transformed into bugs.

Bugs attack, carry off, throw (against walls), kill and sting several people.

Graphic sound effects of all the above.

Fair amount of profanity including: asshole, hell, shit, fuck, Jesus Christ, God, etc.

A man takes one drag from a cigarette in one scene.

A woman takes one drag in another scene.

A man is shown with a bottle and glass prior to treating his wounds, another man takes one drink from the glass and alcohol is used to sterilize a wound.

This is more of a campy monster movie than horror movie but there is a fair amount of gore and sudden frightening scenes as the bugs attack unexpectedly.
