In a disturbing sequence of violence, a man beats a guard repeatedly in the head (blood is everywhere). He then strips his cloths off and rapes his body over and over. He then proceeds to get a knife and disembowel him in full detail, with intestines and other entrails shown very realistically. He then tears his throat out completely. The sound effects during this sequence made it even more disturbing.
