Lots of blood splatter when infected people are killed. Hamburger patties attack people. A man's foot is bitten (very gory). A decapitated head flies through the air. Infected people are punched and kicked. Dead bodies are seen hanging from the ceiling.

'Fuck' is said many times, also 'shit, damn, bitch, suck, Jesus Christ, hell'.

Several scenes where people smoke pot.
