Jørgen and his grandmother are sitting at home waiting for Jørgen's father. It is today that he finds out if he will be promoted to clerk, and Jørgen can hardly wait. His father has promised him a bicycle if he gets the promotion - but when will he come? TV adaptation of Rode's 1928 one act play.
