Dog Bite Dog (2006)

A man is impaled in a palm with a pair of scissors.

There are frequent scenes of strong violence involving shootings, stabbings, slashings and brutal fights.

The ending fight is intense where the protagonist is repeatedly stabbed and the antagonist is stabbed in a shoulder.

The protagonist uses a knife and remove the child from the girl's abdomen and delivery the child and dies. This is emotional and definitely the most disturbing scene in the film.
