A man slips on a pool of blood, falls on the ground, and is therefore covered in it. He then sees a man hacking someone to death with a hammer; most of it is offscreen, squishing can be heard.
The killer strikes a man in the back of the head with a hammer so hard that his eyes pop out, shown in slow motion with blood gushing everywhere. Another man is stabbed in the crotch with a fish hook and slammed against the ceiling; this same man tries to stop the killer, but is hit in the face with the hammer, shown with blood splattering. A woman is later struck in the head with the hammer so hard that she is decapitated; this is shown from her point of view until we see her own headless body through her eyes and the camera zooms out to show her head.
Two men struggle in a train. An hammer is used to beat one of the opponent's hand, a man is stabbed, and then one of them is shot by another man; blood pours and sprays in closeup.
Many dead bodies can be seen hanging by hooks naked and with blood on them.

A character removes (and then keeps in a jar) gross and bizarre growths from his flesh by cutting them away with a knife (no blood).
There is a sequence taking place in a meat-packaging business; no living animal is seen being slaughtered, but animals bodies and parts are graphically and lenghty seen while the butchers handle them.
