They Can't Run (1995)

When a beautiful scientist creates a new type of stocking that will never tear or run, her disgruntled co-worker binds and gags her partner with her new invention and makes off with the scientists notes. After struggling mightily, the curvaceous inventor manages to free herself and captures the sexy thief. However when a buyer arrives to pick up the ill-gotten notes, both ladies are placed in desperate peril.
