Spellbinder vs. the Dark Lady (1995)

The evil Dark Lady, once a superheroine and now a supervillain, kidnaps a beautiful heiress. The villainess and her henchwoman leave the reporter who interviewing the sweet victim bound and gagged. Little did the bad gals know that the reporter was none other than superheroine Spellbinder who quickly unties herself and speeds to the rescue - or not, as the Dark Lady soon springs a deadly trap that cause the enslavement of the entire world and bring doom to the heroine and her innocent friend.
