In the earlier fight, an Evangelion unit shoots the other unit's head, destroying it (small amount of blood is seen), if you look clearly we can see the unit's jaw and tongue.

In the later battle, another Eva decapitates a malfunction Evangelion unit, we can see blood sprays and a serpent like creatures emerges from its neck and head. There's a fight where one of the Evangelions turned into a beast-like like attitude and attacks its enemy, biting its neck and decapitating its head, we can see blood sprays from the neck and then shooting it rapidly, blood splatters. The enemy later regrows its head and biting the Beast Eva's head, crushing it and explodes. At the end of the film, we can see the mangled remains of the Beast Eva, a graphic sight.
