Blood Lake (2006)

A group travels to a winter retreat for some rest and relaxation. While vacationing there, they read aloud a curse and bring back the malevolent spirit of Jacob, a religious zealot from the 1800s. Freed from the pit of hell, the ghoul goes on a murderous spree - violently executing anyone who dares to enter his domain.
