La comiqueria (2005)

After traveling through Latin America, Jorge David arrives in Chile and is surprised with the news that he has inherited an old house in Santiago. So, he decides to install what for him was a dream come true: the first professional comic book company in Chile, "Editorial Dédalos". After some time of adjustment, things didn't went as expected. Sales were low and the business model was complex. Soon it becomes an unsustainable project for its creator and for those who supported it. Through Jorge's narration and interviews with others involved, we will learn about the history of Dédalos and the reasons that led to its final closure, and the consequences that this brought to its creator.
