His umbilical cord is cut and it is later revealed that the pregnant teenager died after childbirth.

A man orders a subordinate to take a straight razor and the young man reluctantly does, grabbing and awkwardly sawing another man's throat with it, killing him (with graphic cutting, a graphic wound, and lots of blood oozing out). The frozen corpse is shown being thawed in a freezer which a man spits in his corpse. The corpse has its finger cut off in closeup and the man also said that he will clean his teeth. Later, the corpses hand is shown with all fingers removed. The men dump the corpse in a river and the police finds it all washed up with tattoos on his chest and leg.

Another slit throat later, A young man with a bunch of people go to the cemetery urinating on a tombstone. Two men grab him and slit his throat and without the direct violent action shown but when the victim removes his scarf, a bloody gaping wound is shown carved into his neck and the man dies.

A very intense knife fight ensues with bloody lacerations and at least two dead in a shower room involving a naked man. As the fight progresses, an arm is broken, causing a puddle of blood, and the man is stabbed in the eye, killing him (blood spurting onto the ground and out of his wound). Another man is stabbed in the back of the head (blood pours from the wound).
