The Crazies (2010)

There's just one kissing scene.

Plenty of mutilated and burned bodies are seen.

A man intrudes a baseball game. He has a shotgun in his hand, and a policeman shoots him (some blood sprays).

A mother and child are burned alive in a closet. This is not shown, but screams are heard. Implied.

A policeman in a morgue looks at a body (live) with its eyes and mouth sewn shut. He cuts them when he is attacked by a doctor with a bonesaw. The policeman pulls the cord of the bonesaw and the bonesaw is pulled into the back of the doctor's head, splattering blood and brain matter all over the floor and wall behind him. The Buzzsaw falls out and heads for the policeman's crotch but is soon stopped. The doctor's corpse is shown with a great deal of blood under him.

Multliple people are shot at a military owned base, bloody results are shown.

Multiple bodies are stabbed with a pitch fork, blood is shown.

Two people are shot and then burned with a flamethrower.

A man's hand is jammed in to the floor with a knife, blood runs down his hand. He pulls it out and then stabs an infected woman in the neck with the knife stuck through his hand. Blood pours out.

A girl is hanged by rubber tubing in a car wash.

A man is shot by another man. The policeman asks another policeman why he shot him because he wanted to talk to him and the other policeman responds "you talked".

A man is shot by several soldiers. Blood sprays out of the wounds.

Several corpses are shown on a truck with blood and wounds on them.

A woman shoots an infected man in a truck and blood and brains splash all over the windshield of the truck.

An infected man is doused in oil and lit on fire.

An infected man walks into a hospital filled with people strapped down on gurneys. He has a pitch fork, and impales several of them on it before he is shot and killed.

An infected man is bashed in the face with a wrench several times. There is no blood and the man is not killed.

Several infected attack the survivors in a car wash. They smash the car windows and try to get in. A woman bashes one of their heads on the car, and a man is choked by one until his companion shoots the infected man. This is a very intense scene.

"F**k" and "s**t" are all used 30 times throughout the movie, among other expletives.

People are shown smoking some cigarettes.

One man is implied to have been drinking.

This movie is classified as a horror. There are many, many scary, intense and frightening scenes.

There is a scene in which a man brings a shotgun on the field of a youth baseball game. The man is shot shortly after.

A badly decomposed body of a man is briefly seen being pulled out of muddy water.

Several scenes of "crazy" people killing innocent civilians. In one disturbing scene, an infected man enters an abandoned military ward where helpless people are strapped down to beds, the infected man then savagely impales a few of them with a pitchfork.

Another scene includes a man locking his wife and child in his house, then setting it on fire, deliberately killing them.

Other disturbing scenes show the military heartlessly gunning down and burning civilians.

This film is very frightening and disturbing, like the original 1973 film.
