The first one is only implied. It's very brief and does not contain nudity.

The second one is the most graphic. A man is seen thrusting a woman, but it's brief. A man's chest, back, and upper buttocks are seen. A woman's back is seen.

The third is very brief and it is seen from a distance. Only a woman's back is seen.

The fourth is mostly implied, but, at the end of the scene, a man's back, chest and buttocks are seen clearly.

A naked Chinese woman is seen. Only her back is visible (the room is dark).

Disturbing images of sickness, agony and death. Most of the deaths are caused by cholera. The agonizing people are gasping and yelling. It's intense and disturbing.

The atmosphere is dark and strained, potentially disturbing. Some scenes are really disturbing.
