The entire film is a low budget excuse to show off young men (barely) simulating gay sex on one another. The final 30+ minutes of the film involve a group of 4 barely-legal boys being "hypnotized" into getting naked and having sex with each other. Explicit frontal nudity is rampant throughout this sequence, which is basically soft core pornography. The boys "simulate" oral and anal sex; to be fair, it is very possible it is unsimulated as camera angles are used to obscure penetration, but at times (such as when they are "pulling out") it appears that the sex was real.

Part of the "revenge" of the mentally ill main character involves hypnotizing young nude men to murder their female friends and then themselves. This is done with a pizza cutter. The "gore" is so low budget one assumes it was meant to make one laugh. The blade is simply dragged along character's flesh, leaving a trail of red goo behind.
