Journey of the Doomed (1985)

Shui'er is a illegitimate daughter of the Royal Prince, and the second Prince wants to use her to expose his brother's ignominy and replace his place to be a Crown Prince. The Royal Prince sends killers to murder Shui'er and the second Prince sends warriors to protect the girl.
